Can the Arrogant Bastard Ale
be shipped to my home?

Possibly, depending on where you live. Some state's good-ol'-boy network of mega corporate brewers and distributors have lined the pockets of politicians sufficiently for the state to enact protectionist laws that prohibit beer and wine to be shipped into their state. Amusingly, they use the old "Protect the Children" line, as if (1.) a person under 21 is going to steal a credit card from their parents, (2.) order an expensive beer or wine that there is little likelyhood that they would have heard about in the first place, (3.) wait the several days for it to arrive and (4.) bribe the UPS guy to not require the mandatory adult signature all in order to (5.) drink a product that will be way too mature for their palate. Realistically, the minor is going to get a fake ID, go to their local liquor store and buy wine coolers that taste like fruit punch instead.

The true reality: big corporations want to have the sale go through their hands so they don't miss out on making money on that sale. And, of course, these states don't want to miss out on the precious little tax dollars from the sale as well. If you care about your rights and freedoms to enjoy diversity in your home, make sure you voice your opinions to your local politicians!
